Pam is married with three children and has worked with children and teachers for 12 years as a Children’s Pastor. She received a Music Degree from CSUDH (Dominguez Hills - southern CA) in 1976. Starting out as a violin teacher years ago, her passion was for children to love music. In 2002 she graduated with a second degree (B.S.) in Bible and Theology & Christian Leadership from William Jessup University. She became a licensed pastor working with children, parents and teachers. Her dream to teach children to love music was re-born at The Music Place when she completed the EMA Certification Intensive Training program in July of 2008. Pam strongly believes in helping children feel safe, accepted, loved and that they belong.

Pam completed her Music Place training to become an Educational Specialist in May of 2009.  She has now added to her violin, piano, EMA and IRC instruction the exciting service of helping Music Place families design and navigate the music education path for their children.

Her husband Horace is a Human Resource professional and they have been married since 1988 and have three wonderful children. Pam plays violin in her large church orchestra, loves to read, garden, hang out with friends, hike, travel, and play with her puppy!
