Patricia is a master's degree graduate of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and an enthusiastic, intelligent and energetic instructor of voice, piano and Early Music Awareness. A conservatory colleague described her as “the best singer I know”.
After violin, piano and viola training, Patricia discovered her voice as a teenager and went on to complete her first master's degree in vocal arts at the Polish Musical Academy in Lodz. Amazingly difficult to discern that she even has an accent, Patricia immigrated to the United States in 2002 and since arriving has performed in nearly two dozen operas including The Magic Flute, Madame Butterlfy and La Boheme. Her teaching experience, however, is not limited to opera as she enjoys training all ages in preparation for musical theatre and contemporary music performance.
With a young daughter of her own, Patricia has grown to love teaching younger children as well, and is a natural candidate, enjoying teaching The Music Place signature program Early Music Awareness which combines enthusiasm and the academic of music education together for fun-loving pre school-aged students.
to the Willow Glen and Sunnyvale studios, Patricia teaches
voice and piano in her home studio with a lovely grand piano in
the Vista Park area of San Jose.
Fluent in English, German and Polish, her hobbies include ballroom dancing, fencing and stage make up.

I tell everyone who will listen about the amazing introduction to music that our daughter is getting with the Music Place. People are always amazed when a 3-year old explains that she played an oboe last week and is going to play a piccolo next week! Most importantly, our daughter can't wait for music class & asks to go every day. -- The Pace Family
