Diana grew up with a passion for singing, performing in high school musicals, and leading worship at church. She studied piano for five years and was trained to teach Early Music Awareness at The Music Place in the late 1990's.  She was welcomed back to The Music Place in 2025 after taking a long break to get married and have kids. Now she is thrilled to teach classes like those in which her own grandson can participate!

During the school day, Diana works full time with young adults who have special needs and has big heart to use her passion for music to help students of all abilities and disabilities.  In the later afternoons and Saturdays, Diana is scheduled to teach Early Music Awareness Family classes as well as Music Adventures for those with special needs.

Her hobbies include playing piano, listening to worship music and spending time with her grandson. 

Teaching Style

Diana is an enthusiastic combination of warmth, compassion and fun. She brings that into all her lessons and especially enjoys finding creative ways to connect with her students through music.
